Physical Properties
This non-latex catheter has a large a symetrical balloon at the distal end, which when inflates can accommodate various sized rectal cavities. The main tube from the reservoir is equipped with an easily operated on/off clamp, offering the operator full control. A single hand operated inflator delivers 100cc of air with each squeeze to inflate the rectal balloon while it is in the rectum. A secondary small balloon on the inflation line of the inflator indicates when the rectal balloon is adequately inflated preventing damage to the balloon.
